training

We make a broad distinction between "n-cast^TM basic training" and "n-cast admin training".

The basic training will equip the user to use the system functionally, allowing them to create narrowcasting content and to put together and segment a campaign.

The admin training is intended for users who have administrator's privileges within n-cast^TM. System administrators can create new users, assign permissions, manage workflows and create segments.

n-cast^TM training courses are usually provided in the n-store training centre, but on-site training can also be arranged. Depending on the numbers requiring training and the geographic spread, it may also be possible to arrange training at several different external locations.
