Your narrowcasting network will be kept operational in the most efficient manner possible. You can choose from a range of support services.
Remote System Maintenance Agreement (RSMA)
This remote service maintains the network in optimal condition (preventative maintenance) and rectifies any faults (corrective maintenance). The RSMA contract covers the remote management of your narrowcasting network.
Two varieties of RSMA service are available:
Basis = preventative maintenance, with retrospective charging for any corrective maintenance
Premium = preventative maintenance, with corrective maintenance included
Hardware Service Agreement (HSA)
In order to guarantee a high level of availability we can offer a Hardware Service Agreement (HSA) for all hardware we supply. The HSA entitles you to: telephone user support, corrective maintenance and replacement equipment in the event of defects. The standard HSA provides for a response within 8 hours of the defect report, with rectification of the defect by repair or replacement within 8 hours of arrival on site.
Two varieties of HSA service are available:
Basic = Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00
Premium = Monday to Saturday, 09.00 - 17.00 + one late night shopping session to 21.00
