In order to highlight the added value the internet and social media can offer the automotive trade, BOVAG (Dutch Automotive Trade Organisation) and AutoTrack.nl have launched a challenging pilot as part of the Dealer MakeOver project. Within an 8-month time frame, Auto Dekker, a Suzuki and Peugeot dealership in Spijkenisse, will be turned into car dealership 2.0.
The objective is to convert online resources, such as a good website and social media, into revenue generators for a dealership.
