TNT Post

n-store manage the largest online narrowcasting network in the Netherlands on behalf of TNT Post.

Over a period of four months, n-store installed narrowcasting kiosks in TNT Service Point locations at a rate of seventy units a month. Around five hundred locations have now been provided with one of these units with their narrowcasting facilities.

The project was preceded with an extensive supplier selection exercise. As well as a detailed study of the effects of narrowcasting, the supplier's capacity to roll out such a large network was also investigated. The positive outcomes of these investigations and the client's experiences with n-store have led to an extension of the roll-out.

As well as the Service Points, a number of other TNT Post facilities have now been provided with narrowcasting equipment. TNT Post's XXL stores in locations including Nijmegen, Rotterdam and The Hague now feature a combination of large video walls and LCD monitors, alternating with smaller TFT screens. n-store have also extended the mail company's narrowcasting network to their L-XL formula, which is positioned as a Shop-in-Shop.
