The aim here is to capture the attention of travellers using relevant offers, sales and service information.

The narrowcasting solution consists of a range of plasma, LCD and back projection screens, combined with a number of scan kiosks. The daily schedule is synchronised to passenger profiles, so that the displayed content can be automatically matched to the passenger type. The business, leisure and combination passenger profiles relate to the actual flight schedules, resulting in a high level of relevance for the traveller in the displayed content.

The scan kiosks are connected online with the back office which holds the product and price information for more than 25,000 products, allowing travellers to scan products and see the relevant product and price information. They can also view special offers via the touch screen as well as getting information about payment methods and current exchange rates.
