Mazda started the roll-out of MazdaTV in their dealer network in 2006.
MazdaTV aims to encourage sales, to support special offers and aftersales, takes the strain out of waiting and provides useful information.
Mazda Motor Nederland provide the bulk of the content, supporting dealers in achieving their instore communications objectives with attractive programme schedules.
The n-castTM software delivers maximised transmission times, and allows dealers access to a secure area of the software using individual passwords. Within this environment the dealers can upload and process their own content, dealing for example with special offers and opening times.
Once the dealer has devised a campaign this will be sent automatically to the MazdaTV manager at Mazda Motor Nederland for approval, using a workflow.
In this way the n-castTM software supports Mazda Motor Nederland's specific processes, meeting the needs of both the importers and the local dealers.
