BV Nimag, Suzuki importers in the Netherlands, use an expanded narrowcasting network to support their instore marketing and communications objectives at dealers' premises.

Around 90 dealers are provided with early announcements of new models, seasonal and other offers, commercials and up to date news, traffic and weather reports, all delivered via n-cast^TM from BV Nimag's head office.

In order to create a body of support for Suzuki TV among the dealer network, local dealers are offered the opportunity to insert their own messages on topics like special offers and opening times within a secure area of the n-cast^TM CMS software. The dealers have made intensive use of these facilities, demonstrating the highly user-friendly nature of the n-cast^TM system.

As well as supplying the n-cast^TM software n-store also handled the physical national roll-out process. n-store were responsible for the site surveys conducted at each location, the installation work, content creation and training.
