PACCAR, parent company of DAF Trucks, rolled-out the n-store narrowcasting solution n-cast by a significant number of their European dealers.
The narrowcasting channel, better known within the DAF dealer organization as PACCAR Parts Dealerchannel is part of the Market to the Max marketing program. After the successful initial roll-out at 50 dealer locations, at the end of 2009, the roll-out continued in 2010 which resulted in a total number of 130 locations in 10 countries. At the end of 2011 it is estimated that over 250 locations will be equipped with PACCAR Parts Dealerchannel.
With PACCAR Parts Dealerchannel, PACCAR is able to inform the visitors of the DAF dealer locations about special promotions, and to create brand experience. The visitor is also informed with traffic information, headlines and weather forecast.
With the "virtual grouping" functionality within n-castTM, it is possible to target dealer specific content in a fast and easy way in order to fulfill the local needs even better.
An important precondition for a successful project was the knowledge and experience of n-store with rolling-out large scale (inter-)national narrowcasting installations.
